Candace Fields
Originally from The Bahamas, Candace is a Ph.D. candidate in the Predator Ecology and Conservation Lab at Florida International University. After finishing her bachelor's degree in neuroscience, she spent two years at the Cape Eleuthera Institute, where she was a key member of the pelagic research team. Candace’s research focuses on the population dynamics and geographic population structure of large predators, with a particular focus on the critically endangered oceanic whitetip shark. She is passionate about shark conservation and being a Bahamian advocate for the protection and importance of sharks and rays in The Bahamas. Candace has been a member of the Sharks4Kids team since 2021 where she works to encourage Bahamian youth to play active roles in the conservation of their marine resources, and understand the importance of sharks in our oceans!

Tyler Koblasa
Tyler Koblasa is a passionate ocean conservationist, PADI Scuba Diving Instructor, and lifelong explorer. He is the founder of OrcaruAI, a content platform, and WildVoice, an eco-tourism wildlife experience company. Previously, as CEO of CloudApp, he led the company through rapid growth and multiple acquisitions. A serial entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience, Tyler brings expertise in operations, fundraising, and scaling teams to Sharks4Kids, helping inspire the next generation of shark advocates.

Shobha Lizaso
Shobha Lizaso is a seasoned attorney specializing in technology and intellectual property law within the financial services sector. Currently, she holds the position of Vice President and Senior Counsel at Deutsche Bank. In addition to her role at Deutsche Bank, Lizaso serves as an arbitrator for several organizations, including the Court of Arbitration for Art in The Hague, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the American Health Lawyers Association, and Arbitration Resolutions, Inc.

​Active in the legal community, Lizaso serves as the Vice President of South Florida for the South Asian Bar Association of Florida.

Erin Whittle
Erin brings nearly 18 years of experience in environmental fundraising, spanning both domestic and international efforts. She has held key roles at The Nature Conservancy - supporting initiatives in the Caribbean and Canada - and at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). Erin currently serves as Director of Development at Mission Blue, the ocean conservation organization founded by renowned marine biologist and oceanographer Dr. Sylvia Earle. In this role, she leads philanthropic strategy to advance the global movement for Marine Protected Areas. Erin lives in Sonoma County, California, with her partner Jonathan and his two wonderful children, all of whom share her deep commitment to ocean conservation.

Caiti Rose
Caiti Rose (Founder of Sharktopia - est. 2014) uses her art to help alter the misconceptions surrounding sharks and other Ocean life, while also raising awareness about shark finning, plastic pollution, bycatch, overfishing, and the importance of our oceanic ecosystem. Sharktopia and Sharks4Kids have been collaborating on educational materials [coloring & activity sheets and books] since 2015, featuring educational content written by Sharks4Kids with illustrations by Sharktopia.
